Welcome to the Laboris Web site. This site is a forum for
discussions and exchanges on the topic of
LABOR LAW AND ECONOMIC
INTEGRATION IN THE AMERICAS.
It is intended to bring together lawyers and legal experts in the field of labor law from union, business and government organizations accross the Americas who are interested in the issues raised by economic integration with respect to labor law and social security.
The Laboris Web site was established in conjunction with the organization of the conference "Economic Integration, Labor Law and Social Security in the Americas" of April 14 & 15, 1998 in Vina Del Mar, and is now being taken in charge by the law firm Melançon, Marceau, Grenier & Sciortino in Montreal.
